     Slow Cooker Chili Verde

Ingredients
3 tbls olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
3 lbs boneless pork shoulder, cubed into large pieces
1 (28oz) can green enchilada sauce
1 (4oz) can diced jalepino peppers
tortillas
grated cheese
sour crem
 
salsa

Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic; cook and stir until fragrant. Add the cubed pork, cook until browned on the outside. Transfer the pork, onions, and garlic to slow cooker. Stir in green salsa and jalepino peppers.
Cover and cook on High for 3 hours. Reduce the setting to Low and cook for 4 to 5 more hours Serve with tortillas, cheese, sour cream and salsa
