COOK NOODLES ACCORDING TO PKG. DIRECTIONS. DRAIN. BROWN TOGETHER GROUND BEEF AND BUTTER. ADD TOMATO SAURCE, SET ASIDE. MIX TOGETHER COTTAGE CHEESE, CREAM CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS. PLACE LAYER OF NOODLES IN GREASED 9" X 12" CASSEROLE DISH. POUR HALF OF THE CHEESE MIXTURE OVER NOODLES, ALTERNATELY ADD NOODLES AND REST OF CHEESE MIXTURE. ADD MEAT AND TOMATO SAURCE ON TOP. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR AT 350F.
