     Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 large pkg of spare ribs or a more econmical choice rib ends
1 medium sized onion diced dmall
6-8 crushed garlic cloves
1 large can tomato juice
1 large tomato juice can of water
2 large cans of tomato sauce
1 large tin of tomato paste
1 large tin of tomatoes (diced or whole) or (about 500grams worth)
4 tbsp oregnao
 
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp chli peppers (more to taste)

Instructions
Fry the onions and garlic together. Fry the spareribs Combine onions, garlic and spareribs in a large pot. Add all the above ingredients. Note I use a large roast pan and cook it in the oven.
if using a large roast pan you can put it in the oven on 350 degrees for 1 hour, then turn it down to 250 and let it simmer for 3-4 hours. I usually make it over night with the oven on timer so it turns off after 4 hrs.
Meatballs Use Pork, Italian Sausage, Beef or a combination of all three. Add 1/2 cup real parmesan cheese, 3 crushed garlic cloves or 2 tbsp. powdered garlic, 2 tbsp. dried basil or handful of basil leaves chopped. Cook separately then add to the sauce
