Ingredients
1/2 lb of lamb, finely diced
1 sm potato, finely chopped
1 large onion coarsely chopped
3-4 large cloves garlic, chopped
1 c Kishk
4-5 c water
1/2 tsp pepper
Salt to taste (kiske powder is salty)
 
Instructions
Sauté lamb and chopped potato for a few minutes. Add onions and garlic and. Continue sautéing. Add Kishk and continue sautéing. STIR CONSTANTLY! Gradually add water until a smooth mixture is formed. Summer for about 20 minutes.
