     Walnut Helwa tat-Tork Yoghurt Cake

170g butter - 200 g sugar - 4 eggs - 400g self raising flour - 2 tubs benna natural yogurt - 2tsp cinnamon - 100g walnuts (and an extra 50g for the topping) - 100g helwa tat tork and 2 tbs Nutella - 2tbs brown sugar for the topping
Cream butter and sugar add eggs and beat with with 2tbs of the flour - beat well and add the cinnamon and walnuts. Add flour and yoghurt alternating till you have a smooth mix. Do not overmix Spread half of the batter on the base of a well buttered and floured cake tin - crumble ti helwa tat tork and spoon some nutella over it - cover with the remaining cake batter - top cake with crushed walnuts and some dark brown sugar Bake for 50 mins in a 180deg oven
