1 lb. boneless chicken breast cut into one inch cubes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Can, 14-1/2 oz. chicken broth
6 oz.No Yolks noodles, uncooked
1 pkg.(14 to 16 oz) frozen broccoli, pepper,mushroom onion veg.mix (or your favorite blend)
1 Tbl. Italian seasoning
7 oz fat free shredded cheddar
Instructions
In 5 qt. saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder. Cook in oil until no longer pink, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add broth, heat to boiling. Add uncooked noodles, frozen vegetables and Italian seasoning. Stir to coat noodles with liquid.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover, simmer 10 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted.
