Ingredients
2 c. feta
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/4 c, grated romano cheese
4 eggs beaten
2 T. minced parsley
s & p
filo dough
 
Instructions
For every 6 pitas, use 2 sheets of filo. Start at short end & cut into 6 stripes Brush each sheet filo w/butter
place 1/2 tsp.filling & fold into triangle/ brush generously w/butter place on wax paper/ place wax paper between layers. place in container & freeze
400 deg. for 20 min. if frozen 12 min. not frozen
