Help your child trace around the smaller heart cookie cutter and cut out hearts from the red and/or pink construction paper. On one side, write, You're such a Sweetheart. On the back, let your child write his/her own name. Together mix up the sugar cookie recipe and using the large heart cookie cutter, cut out heart - shaped cookies. Bake according to directions. Let cool. Using a prepared frosting (white or pink), let your child frost the cookie and sprinkle on some red sugar or multi colored sprinkles. Wrap each cookie in pink plastic wrap, twist at the top, and tie on the ribbon. use the hole punch and punch a hole for the ribbon at the top of the heart and thread through the ribbon. Tie off. Your sweet heart valentines are complete!
