Blend cookies and margarine. Pat in 9 x 13 pan. Soften ice cream and spoon on crust. Freeze. Heat sugar, milk and chocolate in pan stirring constantly. Bring slowly to boil and thicken. Spoon over ice cream. Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts and freeze. I use Hershey's syrup instead of making the sauce.
