spread rice in bottom of oblong pan. Put soup mix in a bowl and stir dry to mix seasoning. Spread 1/2 over rice. Place chicken over rice and sprinkle with remaining soup mix. Dilute mushroom soup with 2 cans water; pour over chicken and rice. Cover and bake at 350 for 3 hours.
