     5 Week Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 C shortening
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 C sugar
4 eggs, unbeaten
6 C Bran Buds
2 C boiling water
1 qt buttermilk
5 C flour
5 tsp soda
 

Instructions
Cream first 3 ingredients. Then add next 3 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before using. Can be stored up to 5 weeks in frig. Put into greased muffin tins and bake at 400 for 20 min.
