     Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 C sugar
1 C oil
2 C canned pumpkin
2 C flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
 
Frosting-
3 oz cream cheese
4 T butter
1 1/2 C powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
(I use the whole 8 oz cream cheese and double the other frosting ingredients)
Instructions
Cream eggs, sugars, and oil. Add to rest of ingredients. Pour into a greased and flour 10x15x1/2 in. pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
