     Tapioka Pudding

Ingredients
2 qt. milk
1 to 1 1/2 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 C small pearl tapioka
4 eggs, beaten
 

Instructions
Combine milk, tapioka, and sugar in slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours. Mix together eggs, vanilla, and a little hot milk from slow cooker. Add to slow cooker. Cook on high 20 more minutes. Chill if desired, or serve warm.
