     BEV’S PUMPKIN CRUNCH

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. clove
1/2 tsp. salt
2 small or 1 large can pumpkin
(Must use canned pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling)
 
Topping-
1 yellow cake mix (dry)
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 c. pecans

Instructions
Beat eggs; add sugar, milk, pumpkin and all spices. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Topping- Sprinkle cake mix over top of mixture in pan. Next sprinkle pecans on top. Last, drizzle melted oleo over the top. DO NOT STIR! Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
