     DOUBLE CHOCOLATE TORTE

Ingredients
1 pkg. fudge brownie mix (13 x 9 in. pan size)
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 c. whipped topping
1 tsp. chocolate sprinkles
 

Instructions
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for fudge-like brownies. Spread batter in a greased and floured 9 inch round baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 38-42 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool for 10 minutes, invert onto a serving plate. Cool completely. In a bowl, stir the chocolate and butter till smooth. Spread over brownie layer; refrigerate for 30 minutes. Just before serving, top with whipped topping. Decorate with sprinkles.
