      RHONDA’S EASY ECLAIR DESSERT

Ingredients
1 stick margarine
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Filling-
2 - 3 oz. vanilla or chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
cool whip
 
chocolate Hershey syrup

Instructions
Combine the margarine and water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Spread mixture in bottom of greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. While still warm, cover with paper towel and press down to flatten. Cool. Mix the pudding with milk. Add the cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust; top with cool whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. We love the chocolate pudding!!
