2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. water
8 Tbs. cocoa
3 sticks oleo
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Mix together the sugar and flour. Bring to a boil the water, 4 Tbs. cocoa and 2 sticks oleo. Add this to sugar and flour mixture; beat. Add eggs, buttermilk (I use sour milk with 1 Tbs. vinegar added to milk), 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Bake in a Pam sprayed sheet pan for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Frosting- Use the same pan. Bring to boil 1 stick oleo, milk, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 4 Tbs. cocoa. Add powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and nuts. Add more milk, if necessary to spread. Put on cake hot from the oven.
