     Persimmon Cake

Ingredients
3 c flour
2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 c vegetable oil
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/2 c persimmon pulp
1 c chopped nuts
 
powdered sugar for dusting cake top
Instructions
Grease and flour 10 inch bundt pan. Mix 1 st 9 ingredients well. Pour into pan. bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Dust with powdered sugar.
