     Squash Casserole

Ingredients
6 cups raw yellow squash, cubed
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
3 TBS sugar
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
 
1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 TBS melted butter

Instructions
Mix squash, cheese, mayo, 1/4 cup butter, egg, sugar, salt, & pepper. Mix together pecans, stuffing mix, & 2 TBS melted butter; top casserole with mixture. Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes.
