     Meat Filled Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
Remove stems from 2 dozen large mushrooms
Finely chop stems and mix with:
1/2 pound ground beef
1/4 cup minced green pepper
2 tbs. bread crumbs
1 egg yolk
1 tbs. minced onion
1/2 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
 
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
Stuff mushroom caps with meat mixture mounded high. Roll entire cap in soy sauce. Broil 8-10 minutes. Refrigerate or freeze. When ready to serve, bring to room temperature and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
