Scald milk pour over lard and sugar in mixing bowl
Cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water
Add yeast and 3 C flour to milk mixture
Beat until smooth.
Set aside in warm place to rise until bubbly 45-60
minutes. Shakedown
Add eggs and salt and mix thoroughly.
Add 4 C flour reserving one cup flour for kneading
until soft and satiny.
Turn out and knead in remaining flour.
Place in greased bowl - let rise until double in
bulk and soft to the touch.
Dough is now ready to be made into cinnimon rolls
or dinner rolls
