     EASY LEMON CAKE

Ingredients
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip topping, thawed
1 1/2 c. cold milk
2 pkgs. (4 oz.) Jell-O instant lemon or vanilla pudding
 

Instructions
Prepare cake mix as directed on package for 2 (8 inch) round cake layers. Cool completely. Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Immediately spread over top of both cake layers. Place one cake layer on top of the other. Frost top and side of cake with whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
