     CARROT CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Ingredients
1 pkg. carrot cake mix
1/4 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool whip topping, thawed
1/3 c. powdered sugar
 

Instructions
Prepare cake mix as directed on package for 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool completely. Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread over top of cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
