Bring Karo syrup and sugar to boil. Remove from heat
and stir peanut butter and vanilla into hot sugar
mixture. Mix with Special K. Pack in 9x9 pan (or larger pan for thinner
bars).
Melt butterscotch and chocolate chips together and
use to frost bars.
