Brown 1/2 pkg. sausage and add 2 cups chopped
celery, 3 large onions, 1 tbsp. parsley(to tender)
Add 5 chopped apples(skin removed)and saute

Add 2-3 cups hot water, 4 chicken boullian cubes and
some garlic. Let simmer on low to dissolve cubes.
Refrigerate and mix in cubed bread.

In the morning (mix should be on the cold side)add
bread cubes and 4 beaten eggs. Mix until the
stuffing is moist. (Use extra chicken stock or water
if necessary) It should have a sloppy consistency.

|
Bake in oven until brown on top.
