Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x13 baking dish.
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta until almost done. Drain

Melt 4 tbsp butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and celery and cook until soft. Stir in chicken and garlic and cook 2 minutes, then add hot sauce and simmer 1 minute,.

Melt 2 tbsp butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and mustard. Stir until smooth. Whisk in half and half until thick. Remove from heat. Add cheeses and stir until smooth.

Combine the cheeses, chicken mixture, and noodles in same pot. Mix well and place in baking dish. Cover with breadcrumbs. Pour remaining (melted) butter over breadcrumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
