     Pork Chops with Tangy Gravy

Ingredients
4-6 pork chops
sliced yellow onion
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 packet brown gravy mix
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
 

Instructions
Lay the onion on the bottom of the crock pot and put your pork chops on top. Mix everything else up in a jar and pour it over. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. The onions will be caramelized and the pork chops will be tender.
