     Chilis Chicken Enchilada Soup

Ingredients
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 med. onion
4 cloves garlic minced
1qt chicken stock
1 Tbsp chicken soup base
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
 
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 19oz can enchilada sauce
1 cup tortilla bits
16 oz velveeta cubed
1 cup colby jack cheese
1 22oz bag tyson roasted and diced chicken thawed
1 can whole kernal corn drained
1 can black beans drained

Instructions
In a skillet heat the oil and sauté onion till tender. Add garlic cook for 2 min. Place into a crock pot. Add all other ingredients except chicken corn and black beans. Cook on low 4 hours. Whisk until smooth. Add other ingredients and heat 1 hour. Check seasonings.
