     Tyson mesh bag pork loin in a crock

Ingredients
Tyson mesh bag pork loin
water to just cover the roast
1 cup of white vinegar
tbls crushed red pepper
 

Instructions
Put roast in crock in the morning in the mesh. Do not take the mesh off. put enough water to just cover the roast.
Add vinegar and red pepper.
Cook for 12 hours on low. Cut the mesh off and drain most of the water. Break it up and serve on buns.
Serving Suggestions
Great for a big gather because you can cook many of these roast in the crock pot. The longer it is cooked the better.
