     EARTHQUAKE CAKE

Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick softened butter or margarine
1 c. flaked coconut (optional)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix plus ingredients required to prepare cake
 

Instructions
Grease and flour or Pam spray a 9 x 13 pan. Cover bottom of pan with coconut (optional). Sprinkle pecans over coconut (optional). Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour over coconut (optional) and pecans. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and softened butter. Drop by spoonfuls on top of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
