     TOPPINGS FOR ICE CREAM

Ingredients
BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine or butter
1/3 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. baking soda
CARAMEL SAUCE
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
 
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
HOT FUDGE SAUCE
1 can evaporated milk
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbs. margarine or butter, 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
TOPPINGS FOR ICE CREAM BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE Heat all ingredients to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring frequently; remove from heat and cool completely. Refrigerate any remaining sauce. CARAMEL SAUCE Heat all ingredients to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve warm or cold. Refrigerate any remaining sauce. HOT FUDGE SAUCE Heat milk, chocolate chips and sugar to boiling in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat; stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in margarine and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream. Refrigerate any remaining sauce
