Add milk to pudding mix; bring to boil. Remove from heat; pour in mixing bowl. Add cake mix; beat until smooth. Add eggs beat one minute. Pour into Pam sprayed 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and nuts. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
