     Muffy's Marinade

Ingredients
1/2 cup tequila
3 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
1 small dried red pepper, crushed
 
Instructions
Trim Fat from meat. Rub salt on meat on both sides. Place in shallow dish. Combine all ingredients, refrigerate overnight turning frequently.
