In a pot bring the oil to med-low heat. Add the garlic and stir allowing it to cook for 1-2 min. Mix in the butter until melted. Add the chicken stock. Raise the heat to high and boil. Once it is a rolling boil, add the pasta. Reduce the stove to med heat and mix in the cheese until melted. Turn off the heat. Stir in the cream and parsley.
