     RAW MARINATED RED BEET SLAW

Ingredients
6 beet top leaves, sliced
1 green cabbage leaf, sliced
1 Tablespoon scallions, chopped
1/2 garlic clove, chopped
1 lemon
1 teaspoon Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1 red beet, peeled and sliced
 
1 avocado, seeded and diced
2 Tablespoons flax oil
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
For Slaw, place kale, scallions, garlic in mixing bowl. Marinate in lemon and Braggs. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes. Slice and set beets aside in separate bowl.
For Dressing, add avocado and oils to marinated Slaw and toss. To serve, top with sliced beets and serve.
