Ingredients
2 cans (10 3/4oz) chicken gumbo soup
1 soup can water
1 tsp dried minced onion
3/4 cup uncooked instant rice
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 lb crawfish
 
Instructions
Heat the oven to 375. Stir the soup, water, onion, seasoning, garlic powder, and crawfish in a 2qt casserole. Bake for 35 min.
