3 eggs
|
|
2cups sugar ( agave & honey) 1/4 cup each
|

1 cup pumpkin
|
|
1cup butter (applesauce & coconut oil) 3/4 - cup combined
|
|
1 Tab vanilla
|
|
3 cups flour ( oat flour or whole wheat)
|
|
1 tsp soda
|
|
1/2 tsp pwd
|
|
1/2 tsp salt
|
|
|
|
1/2 tsp cinnimon
|
|
1/2 tsp nutmeg
|
|
1/2 tsp cloves
|
|
1 cup shredded zucchini
|
|
Nuts
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix eggs & sugar...add pumpkin, butter and vanilla.
|
|
|
Combine all dry ingredients, add to wet mix, slowly. Stir in
zucchini.
|
|
|
Pour into 2 loaf pans, bake @ 350 for 45-50 minutes.
