1 c peanut butter, plain or crunchy
|

1 c brown sugar, lightly packed
|

1 1/8 c oats
|
| |
½ c evaporated milk
|

1 t vanilla
|
| |
handful of Chocolate Chips
|

|

Instructions |

|
|
Blend all ingredients thoroughly in large mixing bowl.
|
|
|
|
Press into a 11x7 baking pan for bars, or drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes until brown. Cool slightly; remove from baking sheet to cooling rack to cool completely. Makes 4 dozen.
