     Burgers- Indian-Spiced Turkey

Ingredients
1/4 c. presliced green onions
1 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 lb. ground turkey (or chicken)
TOPPING
 
1/4 c. low-fat Green yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh mint
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. hot mango chutney
1 c. fresh spinach leaves

Instructions
To prepare patties, combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl.
Divide into 4 equal portions,shaping each into a 1/2-inch thick patty. Cook in large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook approximately 7 minutes per side, or until done.
Combine yogurt, mint and salt. Place mixture on patties, along with spinach and chutney.
