     Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes

32 oz frozen hashbrown (cubes) thawed
16 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup french fried onions
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients except for french fried onions. Pour in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle onions on top. Cook 10 more minutes.
