     Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients
3/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp butter
1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
A 9 inch pie crust, baked
4 bananas, sliced
 

Instructions
In saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, clour and salt. Add milk in gradually while stirring. When mixture is bubbly, stir 2 more minutes then remove from heat.
Slowly add beaten egg yolks to mixture and return to heat for 2 minutes - continue to stir.
Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla and stir until mixture has smooth consistency.
Slice bananas and place in crust. Pour in mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill for an hour.
