Ingredients
Splash of club soda
Fresh mint
6 oz pineapple juice
2 oz mango chunks
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 tsp dark rum
 
Instructions
In tall glass combine soda and couple of mint sprigs. Crush mint.
Add juice, mango and light rum. Mix.
Add ice and top with dark rum.
Umbrella optional!
