Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 13x9 baking pan. Mix bisquick and milk until it forms a dough. Spread in pan. Drizzle half jar of sauce over dough. Then, sprinkle 1/2 pepperonis over top and half of cheese. Repeat with remaining pepperonis and cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
