     Chicken Noodle Soup

3-4 chicken breasts cooked till tender (or a rotissere chicken)
1 onion, diced
4-5 celery stalks, diced
1-2 tbsp butter
2-4 potatoes, diced
2-4 carrots, cut up
2 tsp basil
2 bay leaves
1 package wide egg noodles
1 can cream of chicken
1-5oz can evaporated milk
16 oz. sour cream

sauté onions and celery in butter. cook potatoes and carrots in chicken broth. add all ingredients together except soup and evaporated milk and sour cream. Add enough water or broth to cover. Cook until noodles are tender then add soup and milk. Heat until warm. Remove bay leaves and add sour cream and serve.
