     Chicken Salad (curried)

a. 2 chicken breasts shredded
b. 1/2 stalk celery
b. 2 green onions, chopped
b. 2.5 tablespoons raisins
b. 6-8 grapes chopped
b. 1/4 cup chopped pecans
b. 1/2 teaspoon curry
b. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
b. 1/4 cup mayo

Boil the chicken breasts in boiling water for at least 45 minutes. Before hand, season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic and onion powder. Add lemon juice, parsley, and chicken granules to the water. Shred with a fork when it is done.
Mix the B mixture with the shredded chicken.
It is best to marinate it at least a couple of hours before serving.
