5 oz jar old english sharp cheddar cheese, softened
Instructions
Slice English muffins in half. Put remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Spread on English muffin halves and then cut muffins into quarters.
Freeze quarters at least 30 minutes. When ready to prepare, broil frozen quarters until they puff up and are bubbly and slightly golden brown. Serve hot.
