Mix soy, sugar, butter, mustard and water and heat
through (to a simmmer). Remove from heat and add
wings to coat thoroughly. Marinate for 2 hrs.
Bake wings in sauce in casserole pan for 45 minutes
at 350. Remove chicken from pan and drain on cake
rack (placed on top of cookie sheet). When cooled,
place in aluminum foil and freeze.
To serve, heat foil-wrapped chicken in 350 oven for
1 hour.
