     Sour Cream potatoes

Ingredients
5 lbs. white potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 C. sour cream
2-4 T. butter
salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Make 1-2 days ahead. Boil and mash potatoes.
Add all ingredients, put in fridge for 1-2 days.
Bake one hour at 300.
