Combine hamburger and onions and make patties. Usually makes between 4-6.

Add a little sauce at a time to each patty.
|

|
Broil Texas Toast until crispy. Broil burgers until cooked throughout. Add cheese to burgers and broil until cheese is melted. Place burgers on Texas Toast and top with remaining Spaghetti Sauce.

(Sometimes I add Italian seasoning to the burgers. Experiment with different sauces also. We like a spicier sauce to give the burgers more taste and a bit of a kick.)
