     Candied Pecans

Ingredients
1 egg white
1 T water
1 pound pecan halves
1 cup white sugar
3/4 t salt
1/2 t ground cinnamon
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250. Grease cookie sheet.
In mixing bowl, whip together egg white and water until frothy. In separate bowl mix sugar, salt, cinn.
Add pecans to egg mixture and stir to coat. Pour sugar mixture over and stir to coat.
Bake on cookie sheet 1 hour stirring every 15 min.
